Now Available: Collective Impact Summit Report

We're pleased to share our 2016 Collective Impact Summit Report--a summary of the inaugural PASSNYC Collective Impact Summit. Download it here.

Our report includes:

- updates on collective impact projects that were deployed as a result of the Summit, as well as summaries of proposed projects from each working group

- guest speaker highlights (Dr. Hazel Dukes of the NAACP, Harold Levy of the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, Dr. Sandye Johnson of the Harlem Renaissance Education Pipeline, and Stanley Ng)

- our top two areas of opportunity for future work: legislative advocacy and solving the counseling gap

The Summit took place at the historic Abyssinian Baptist Church on October 14, 2016—with 50 attendees from over 40 different organizations. Our objective was to bring together NYC’s top minds in education to brainstorm practical and immediate opportunities for collaboration.

Special thanks to our fabulous partners and speakers: Abyssinian Baptist Church, Dr. Hazel N. Dukes, Harold O. Levy, HREP (Harlem Renaissance Education Pipeline), Khan's Tutorial, Admission Squad, StuySU, and NYC School Secrets.

Thanks also to PASSNYC team members that helped plan and facilitate the event: Ryan Baxter, Max Brawer, Derek Jones, Rande Rogers, Diana McKeage, Bridgette Roberts, and the rest of the team!
