[Infographic] Diversity Starts to Make Moves in 2017

Last year, PASSNYC reported that the diversity of students both taking and succeeding at the Specialized High School SAT (SHSAT) was in decline across the board.

In 2017, we are excited to see some signs of change. The share of offers going to black, mixed-race, and American Indian students have increased. All in all, the lesson is that the next class of admitted students should be more racially diverse than in previous years.
